CoCo Key Water Park is one of the largest indoor water parks in New England, conveniently located on Boston’s North Shore. Our premier theme park features signature water slides and attractions geared towards children ages 2-12.
CoCo Key offers thrilling water slides, as well as pool games and activities for guests of all ages.
Parrot’s Perch Play Area
This interactive water-filled jungle gym is totally awesome! With shorter, open-topped water slides, squirting water cannons, and a huge bucket that dumps hundreds of gallons of water every few minutes, this aquatic playground provides entertainment for children of all ages.
Coconut Grove Adventure River
This leisurely paced tube ride around Parrot’s Perch Play Area with splashy surprises along the way is floating fun for the entire family.
Dip-In Theater
Featuring a zero depth entry pool, kiddie slides, water spouts, and water-dumping buckets, this wading pool offers something special for little swimmers (under 48″ tall) and a safe environment for tots to play while watching movies on our enormous sail screen.
Outdoor Splash Pad
Open during the summer season, our outdoor splash pad is invigorating on a hot day. Kids can cool off in cascading towers of water, while parents sunbathe nearby at our large outdoor tanning deck.
Palm Grotto Indoor/Outdoor Spa
Relax in the hot water and giant whirlpools of our indoor/outdoor spa with swim-through passage. The Palm Grotto is reserved for guests 16 years of age and older, with our Outdoor Spa open as weather permits.
Shark Slam, Gator Gush, Barracuda Blast & Pelican Plunge
For every thrill-seeker (over 48″ tall), these four body and raft slides are a must! With tubes that twist and turn, you’ll love the exhilaration you get from these exciting water rides.
Coral Reef Canyon
Designed for older children, this activity pool features a lily pad obstacle course, water basketball, and a spacious pool area for kids to have fun on their own.

Dry off and head over to our interactive game room, a top choice among arcades near Boston. Challenge your skills with today’s latest video games and activities, including:
